Tables

The 4.0 is a family of CNC tables with a 50in wide working area. This will allow most router bits to clear the width of a plywood sheet. All of these tables are available with any Z height you specify. First of the 4.0 family is the 4.8 with a working area 0f 50 x 98 inches.

In collaboration with CNC Router Parts LLC Schuldt Brothers has developed our first 4×8 CNC router / plasma table!

The 4.0 is available as a kit requiring full assembly or Almost Ready to Run.

Kit comes with everything you see here cut to length and drilled, except the plywood base.  A jig is provided that makes easy work of the base.

Almost Ready to Run comes with the table, gantry, and Z assembled and can be running with in a few hours of delivery.

Features include:

-Travel of 50” x 98” x 12”

-Dual rack and pinion drives on X, rack and pinion drive for Y, and 5 start ACME screw for Z.

-Aluminum extrusion and cold rolled steel frame work and rails

-Bolt together design — no machining required. Simple Hand tools can complete the job.

Options include:

-Custom gantry height for large objects or increased rigidity.

-Nema 23 stepper motors for economy or Nema 34 stepper motors for increased power and speed.

-Steel bases to mount the 4.0 horizontally or on the wall like a panel saw.

Feature options comming available  include:

-Complete electronics package with control box, stepper motors, and cables, including

• Standard 4 axis control, with hardware slaving option for dual drive
• Extra drive and motor for rotary axis control.
• Optional 1500W Spindle and VFD installed in your control box, accessible through Mach 3
• Relay control for routers and other accessories
• Connections for remote limit and home switches

Base price for the 4.8 kit version is $3950.00 with a 12 in Z.

Next in the 4.0 Family is the 4.4

Much the same as the 4.8 with a working area of 50 x 50.
