Now available, complete 4’ x 8’ router / plasma kits! Schuldt Brothers has partnered with CNC Router Parts LLC to deliver complete, ready to assemble machine kits. These systems are perfect for both DIYer’s and Light to Medium duty industrial applications. Using our innovative components, this system delivers an industry-leading value, for professional results at an impressively affordable price point.
The base mechanical system is available for only $3950. It comes equipped to use high-power Nema 34 motors that couple to CRP’s amazingly fast Rack and Pinion drives, and also uses their stout high-z plate for z travels up to 12”, or even 24” for light materials like foam and balsa.
Machine Features Include
- Travel of 50” x 98” x 12” (larger travels available upon request for a custom design fee)
- Dual rack and pinion drives on X, rack and pinion drive for Y, and 5 start ACME screw for Z.
- Aluminum extrusion and cold rolled steel frame work and rails
- Bolt together design — no machining required. Simple hand tools can complete the job.
- Kit includes all components and fasteners including KabelSchlep cable carrier for X,Y, &Z (not pictured)
Additional options include:
- Welded steel base for added machine stiffness.
- Wall-mounting kit for optimized space in small shops
