What is “All Most Ready To Run”?

All Most Ready to Run (ARR) is an option where parts of your kit come assembled and you will be able to start cutting parts in just a few hours. Your Kit will be delivered by truck freight with the table, gantry, and Z axis assembly completely assembled.  If you elect to purchase our electronic package the motors will be installed and the wires and cables can also be delivered bundled and ready to plug in.  You will need to spend a small amount of time mounting the Z assembly onto the gantry and mounting the gantry onto the table. You will then double check the table for square and true up the rails. These tasks are completely explained in the manual and demonstrated in videos available to customers on the website. DVD’s are also available for a nominal cost.

Can you build me a table that will run upon delivery?

Yes we can build you a table and deliver it completely assembled.  No it will not be ready to run right out of the box. The accuracy of CNC tables comes form careful alignment of all the components. Moving these tables can cause slight moments in the rails and carriages resulting in poor performance.  If you order a complete table you will still need to true up the rails before you start to cut parts.  This work goes quickly and we will provide support to get you started.

12 in Z is huge! Can I chose my own Z hight?

Yes. You can chose any Z hight you wish. Z’s higher than 12in will cost $10.00 per inch.

Will these machines cut aluminum?

Yes. If you plan to cut aluminum very often you will want as short a Z as possible.

I am ordering a 4.4. Can I upgrade to a larger machine in the feature?

Yes, its really easy! The only thing that will change is the length of the table. You can lengthen the table as any time by buying longer side rails.

Can I try before I buy?
