Custom Tables

If your needs differ from the products we offer Schuldt Brothers will design a table to meet your specialized cutting requirements. We use state of the art CAD software and will provide you with complete drawings, a bill of materials.

Options include:

• Integration of  multi axis drives, routers and spindles, coolant, and dust collection.
• Special mounting requirements.
• Special material handling requirements.
• Additional documentation including instruction manuals.
• Complete fastener packages
• Ordering of all parts on you behalf
• Custom tables can be delivered to you as kits, or Almost Ready To Run.
• Custom control packages and wiring harnesses.

This table was designed to accommodate a special 5 axis Doughty Drive and avenger spindle tool changing spindle.

This table has especially stiff rails to support the gantry.

This is a wall mount option using only 50 x 100 in of floor space.
